Hey friends,
Although I no longer share a spiritual belief that aligns with the LDS church, these lessons were a raw, beautiful part of who I used to be. I appreciate the role my childhood religion had that encouraged me to be the best version of myself, to love those around me, to dive deep into light and gravitate towards that which is healing and good. So, I've chosen to leave the lessons and activities on my blog that I still believe are spiritually uplifting for those who may need extra ideas when preparing lessons. ❤️
